We collect and process only the data that is necessary to run IPŘAct Ř and to protect your projects against clones. 1. Data we collect

Certificate data: file hashes, timestamps, certificate IDs and basic metadata such as file name and size.
Account / contact data: your name, email address and communication history when you contact us.
Technical logs: limited logs for security and debugging (for example IP address, user agent, error messages).

2. How we use this data

To generate and verify certificates for your digital products.
To prepare clone detection reports and evidence packs when you ask us to.
To secure our systems, prevent abuse and improve our detection methods.
To respond when you contact us with questions or complaints.

3. Legal bases

Depending on your location, our legal bases for processing may include performance of a contract (providing the service you requested), legitimate interest (for example to detect abuse or improve security) and your consent (for optional communications).

4. Retention

We keep certificate and hash data for as long as your certificate is active, so that you can prove authorship later. Contact and log data are kept for a shorter, proportionate period necessary to handle support and security.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers who help us host the site, store evidence packs or send email. When you decide to file a complaint with a platform, you choose which parts of our reports and certificates to include.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to certain types of processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@ipract.com.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when we change how the service works. We will adjust the effective date and, where appropriate, highlight important changes on the site.
