IPŘAct Ř is a service that helps creators prove authorship of their digital products. We issue technical certificates (timestamp + cryptographic hash) and prepare evidence packs that can be used when you contact platforms such as Google or Microsoft. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice.IPŘAct Ř — сервис, который помогает авторам доказывать своё авторство на цифровые продукты. 1. Service description

• We compute hashes of files you upload and bind them to a timestamp and certificate ID.
• We provide a public verification page where third parties can check a certificate ID and basic metadata.
• We may provide reports and evidence packs that summarize overlaps between your work and suspected clones.

2. Your responsibilities

• You remain responsible for the content you upload and for the accuracy of any information you provide to IPŘAct.
• You must have the necessary rights to the files you submit for certification.
• You decide whether, when and how to contact app stores, lawyers or other parties using our certificates or reports.

3. No guarantee of takedown

Our certificates and reports are designed to make it easier for platforms to understand what happened. However, we cannot guarantee that any specific complaint will lead to removal of a clone, nor can we control the decisions of Google, Microsoft or any other platform.

4. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPŘAct and its operators are not liable for loss of revenue, data, reputation or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. If a court finds that we are liable for any claim, our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the service related to that claim.

5. Fair use and investigations

In some cases we may analyze public apps and games, including yours, to build better detection models. We do this in a way that respects reasonable security practices and uses only information that is necessary to detect clones and abuse.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, highlight the changes on the site.
